Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days after delivery. The articles doivent are unusable, non-portable and in the original packaging. Once you return and inspect it, we will inform you of its approval. Approved refunds are issued on your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days. To launch a return, contact us at contact@kadolakay.com with your command number. If your article arrives found or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with the photos — we will organize a free replacement or a full refund. The ear loops are not returnable for hygienic reasons, unless they are defective.
